Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of TravelNexa. By creating an account, posting a job, purchasing a service or otherwise using TravelNexa, you agree to these Terms.

TravelNexa's role

TravelNexa provides a marketplace connecting candidates and employers in aviation, tourism, hospitality, travel technology and related industries. TravelNexa is not the employer, recruiter or agent of users unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise. We do not guarantee employment, applicants, interviews, hires, candidate suitability or the accuracy of user-submitted information.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account and use TravelNexa only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, spam, unlawful conduct, impersonation, scraping, harassment or other misuse.

Employer postings

Employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and availability of their vacancies. Job postings must represent legitimate opportunities and must not be misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent or unlawful. TravelNexa may review, reject, edit, suspend or remove listings that violate these Terms or create risk for candidates or the marketplace.

Paid job postings

Paid employer postings are charged at the price displayed at checkout. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, a job-posting fee purchases publication or promotional placement for the applicable listing period; it does not guarantee a particular number of views, applications, interviews or hires.

Launch promotions

Promotional or complimentary postings may be subject to eligibility limits, expiration dates and plan restrictions. TravelNexa may modify or discontinue promotional offers prospectively. Promotional credits have no cash value and are not transferable unless expressly stated.

Candidate Plus subscriptions

Candidate Plus is a recurring subscription billed at the price and interval shown at checkout. The subscription continues until cancelled. You may manage or cancel billing through the billing-management tools made available in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not ordinarily reverse charges already incurred.

Refund policy

Except where required by law, completed job-posting purchases and subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the purchased service has been made available. If TravelNexa cannot provide a paid service because of an error attributable to TravelNexa, contact Support and we will review the transaction for an appropriate remedy. Duplicate or demonstrably erroneous charges will also be reviewed. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Candidate conduct

Candidates must provide truthful information and use employer and vacancy information only for legitimate job-seeking purposes. TravelNexa does not control an employer's hiring decisions or employment terms.

Third-party services

TravelNexa may link to employer websites and other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices or transactions conducted outside TravelNexa.

Intellectual property

TravelNexa and its branding, software, design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users retain responsibility for content they submit and grant TravelNexa the rights reasonably necessary to host, display and distribute that content as part of the service.

Service availability and liability

TravelNexa is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TravelNexa disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date or other appropriate notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
